DESCRIPTION:The Arlington Jaycees have officially adopted Rock Run Park in the Courthouse neighborhood! This will be our second day of volunteering to clean up\, maintain\, and improve the park. We’d love for you to come and help us make this new collaboration between the Jaycees and Arlington County Parks & Recreation a success! \nThere will be a wide variety of tasks for volunteers to do and the parks department will supply us with the needed tools. Some of the tasks will be: \n\nCleaning picnic tables\nRaking leaves and debris off basketball and tennis courts\nPainting handrails\nRemoving graffiti\nTrimming vegetation\nPicking up litter\n\nSuggested items to bring: \n\nWater bottle\nSunscreen\nSunglasses\nGloves
